Tooheys Extra Dry, or “Ted” as it is lovingly called by its ad agency, are putting on the TED696 project - a competition for budding designers all over Australia to design the brown paper bag for their new 696mL longneck. So now you can be a bogan with class. A poofta bogan, if you will.
If you attended the Semi-Permanent conference in Sydney earlier this year you would have seen their stand. The entries back then had to be freehand with a Sharpie – now you can use as much Adobe as you like with their downloadable template.
Simply register and download your templates online, then doodle to your hearts’ will. The overall winner will recieve a 15″ MacBook Pro with software, and a framed set of signed designs by DMOTE, Luca and Shepard Fairey. Your work will also be exhibited at MTV Gallery with the other 10 finalists, who will each recieve 2 cases of 696 longnecks. Rock onnnnn.
